Program Overview
- Course Title: Diploma in Advance Yoga Therapy
- Duration: 1 Year (2 Semesters)
- Level: Undergraduate Diploma
- Total Credits: 44 Credits (as per UGC Choice Based Credit System – CBCS)
- Eligibility: 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board

These Rules shall come into force from the academic year 2026-27.

- To provide foundational and applied knowledge of Yoga and its therapeutic applications.
- To train students in yogic management of lifestyle and psychosomatic disorders.
- To integrate traditional yogic wisdom with modern health sciences.
- To prepare students for professional roles as Yoga Therapists under UGC and NEP guidelines.

- Understanding of classical Yoga texts and therapeutic principles.
- Ability to design and conduct Yoga therapy sessions for individuals and groups.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology relevant to Yoga therapy.
