Shri Bharat Lal Meena, IAS (Retd.), is a distinguished civil servant, educationist, and institution builder with over three decades of exemplary service. He is the Co-Founder & Chairman of Bharatiya Engineering Science and Technology Innovation University (BESTIU), Andhra Pradesh, Global Chairperson of the World Forum for Education, and Chairman of BEST Futurion (Dubai).
He also serves as Mentor at the BEST Academy for Statecraft and Enterprise and is the Founder of Apnadesh Foundation, a social initiative engaged in community empowerment and development.
A former Additional Chief Secretary, Higher Education, Government of Karnataka, Shri Meena has played a pivotal role in policy reform, governance, and institutional leadership, and continues to contribute to education, rural development, and global collaboration.
Dr. Rupa Vasudevan is a distinguished Educationist, Sociopreneur, and Founder-Co-Chairperson of the BEST Group (Gatti Valley Educational Foundation). She currently serves as the Chancellor of Bharatiya Engineering Science and Technology Innovation University (BESTIU), Andhra Pradesh.
