IGNITRON 2026

BEST Innovation University (BESTIU) organized IGNITRON–2026, a National-Level Technical Symposium aimed at promoting technological innovation, technical knowledge, research, and collaboration among students from various universities and institutions.

The event was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Dr. K. Nagajyothi, who highlighted the importance of emerging technologies, innovation, practical learning, and industry-oriented skills in preparing students for future technological challenges. She encouraged students to explore innovative ideas and strengthen their technical competencies.

Dr. Mukesh Kumar Shukla, Founder and Director of VLSIPRO, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and delivered the keynote address. He shared valuable insights into the evolving technological landscape, emerging industry trends, and the importance of advanced technical knowledge and practical skills in today's technology-driven world.

A major highlight of IGNITRON–2026 was the technical workshop on “Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems: Exploring the Future of AI.” The workshop featured distinguished resource persons Ms. Chandana, Software Engineer at TCS, Hyderabad, and Mr. Vamsi Krishna, Software Engineer at AMD, Hyderabad. They shared their expertise and practical insights into the emerging applications of Agentic Artificial Intelligence and Multi-Agent Systems, providing participants with valuable exposure to the latest developments in AI technologies.

During the programme, Dr. M. Muni Babu, Dean, explained the theme and objectives of IGNITRON–2026 and emphasized the importance of bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements through technical symposiums, workshops, and collaborative activities.

The Registrar, Dr. A. Immanuel, and the Dean of Academics, Dr. Ramgopal Mopuri, also addressed the gathering and appreciated the initiative. They encouraged students to actively participate in academic and technical platforms that enhance their knowledge, creativity, innovation, and professional skills.

Students from various universities and institutions actively participated in the technical events, showcasing their technical knowledge, innovative ideas, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. Faculty and student coordinators played an important role in successfully organizing and coordinating the programme.

IGNITRON–2026 provided a valuable platform for technical learning, professional interaction, and the exchange of innovative ideas among students, faculty members, and industry professionals. The event further reflected BEST Innovation University’s commitment to excellence in engineering education, technological innovation, and industry-academia collaboration.
