Program Objectives
- To provide foundational and applied knowledge of Pranayama and its therapeutic applications.
- To train students in yogic management of lifestyle and psychosomatic disorders.
- To integrate traditional yogic pranayama wisdom with modern health sciences.
- To prepare students for professional roles as Pranayama Therapists.

- Understanding of classical Yoga and pranayama texts and therapeutic principles.
- Ability to design and conduct Pranayama sessions for individuals and groups.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology relevant to Pranayama therapy.
