Money is well , one of the wonderful inventions of man. We realise the significance of money in consumption, production and exchange of goods and services. Money is very essential need to survive in the world and virtually Everything is possible with money.
Businessmen, entrepreneurs and all of us make use of skills and intelligence in earning profits and fortunes. For enterprises, the employees work hard day and night to achieve goals given to them. Money plays very important role in motivation when the psychological and security needs are not fully fulfilled. Managements make use of financial incentives to motivate employees. It is recognized as a basis of status, respect and power.
Our family, friends, and relatives are important people in our lives. Family and friends are as treasures to us. A true friend likes you for what you are and who you are. The friendship is a tight bond of emotional involvement with people. Money can’t buy us true friends. The finest things in life are indeed free such as love, family, and friends.
Money can only buy the materialistic things and temporary relations. Money is not needed for the relations built with heart and emotions. Money can’t buy us happiness but happiness can get us plenty of money.
Many people derive happiness in doing social work and charity. Money should be earned by fair means and it should not be all and end all. Some indulge in shortcuts to success such as corruption and illegal means but almost every such person face either consequences ,anxiety or guilt.
Contentment and control over greed could be way forward in addition to our quest for inner peace. This is the foundation of all teachings. WE need to develop a proper attitude towards money, happiness and our genuine needs.
