As per the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (Redress of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2019. The BEST Innovation University has established an “Online Grievance Redressal Portal for the Students & Staff“, to provide a mechanism for redressal of grievances and ensure transparency in handling of student complaints, admissions, prevention of Discrimination, Facilites, etc. BEST Innovation University has appointed a NODAL OFFICER to monitor and respond to students/Staff grievances through this portal. If the grievance is not addressed within 7 days then you can drop an email to Grievance Redressal Team at grievance.redressal@bestiu.edu.in
